S skills of young people (YSBC) workplace pilot program is a new program, offering British Columbia werkgewers'n $ 2,000 recruitment incentive (up to three staff in each 2000 $) and are entitled to employ young people aged between 15 and 29.
YSBC is specifically designed program, funded by Canada and British Columbia Labour Market Agreement, and easy to use program for employers and employees.
There are also additional training grant worth up to 1000 is available if the employer was chosen for the training of new employees abroad.
Criteria for employers to qualify for YSBC it must be in business for a period of not less than one year, and a good relationship with the WCB.
